All the 8 branches of the Patsanstha have been computerized and are using CBS system. The daily deposit representative in these branches is doing daily collection through mobile app and through this the daily deposit account holder receives a receipt with their complete account details via SMS or WhatsApp, thereby strengthening the trust of the account holders in the Patsanstha. Also, since the transactions in these branches are completely computerized, all the transactions are done quickly and accurately, so all the branches are successful in providing timely service to all the account holders. The organization has started using new tools for immediate, accurate, accurate service and transparent transactions to all types of account holders. As part of this, We already start the NEFT/RTGS facility through State bank of India in all branches & many types of digital Platforms to their customer in the coming time through State Bank of India of the organization.
